I tried to log in with my nick name Duchess but it won't let me in
I am working on doll stuff so now and then and I really love to show it to you

Hello, Michi here. I'm trying to register. I go by Saphariel on DoA and Flickr, which is where I've seen the mods' and other members' names. No one directed me here; I was trawling through Google Images for Iplehouse inspiration and saw someone's dolls that I recognized, but the link led me here rather than DoA. I found this board ages ago but never tried to register as it felt quite like inviting myself to someone else's party, but fortune favors the bold, not the wallflower. DoA is easy to get lost in with so many members, and I'm tired of the seemingly-sanctioned doll-bashing that goes on there. I'm also curious about the emphasis on storytelling here. I'm a writer, not a sequential artist or roleplayer, but I like making illustrations for books. I guess that's it. |

I used “Adamaris”, which Proboards said was available, but when I tried to type that in as a guest name, it said the name was taken. I’m not familiar with this particular forum so I probably made a hash of things. |

Okay, I approved membership for "adamaris" so please try to log in again. I think it might have said the name was taken because approval was pending.
Let me know if that doesn't work, and we can try to figure out what else to do.

Looks like everything worked! It also looks like it will take a while to look around at everything. Good. I've seen plenty of luluna and dramadoll's photos on Flickr (as well as other members) so I'm hoping to learn how to take better photos, at the very least.

I'm glad it all worked out and very glad to have you here. Your photos that I've seen are wonderful! You get as great posing and facial expression from your FIDs as anyone I've seen.
